Altissimu, onnipotente bon Signore, tue so' le laude, la gloria e l'honore et onne benedictione.
(Most Highest One, omnipotent good Lord, these honors are yours: glory, honor, and all good things spoken;)

Ad te solo, Altissimo, se konfano,et nullu homo ène dignu te mentovare.
(For you alone, Most Highest One, do things gather, and no man refuses to declare honor for you;)

Laudato sie, mi' Signore, cum tucte le tue creature,spetialmente messor lo frate sole,lo qual'è iorno, et allumini noi per lui.
(You have been praised, my Lord, with all your creations, especially your honorable brother, the sun, which is the day, and illuminates us through himself;)

Et ellu è bellu e radiante cum grande splendore: de te, Altissimo, porta significatione.
(And he is great and shining with grand splendor: he carries his radiances from you, Most Highest One;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per sora luna e le stelle:in celu l'ài formate clarite et pretiose et belle.
(You have been praised, my Lord, by your sister, moon, and the stars: you created radiant and precious and beautiful things in the sky;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per frate vento et per aere et nubilo et sereno et onne tempo,per lo quale a le tue creature dài sustentamento.
(You have been praised, by your brother, the wind, and the air and peace cloud, and all rain, through which you gave sustenance to your creations;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per sor'acqua. la quale è multo utile et humile et pretiosa et casta.
(You have been praised, my Lord, by your sister, the water, which is so useful, humble, precious, and chaste;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per frate focu,per lo quale ennallumini la nocte:ed ello è bello et iocundo et robustoso et forte.
(You have been praised, my Lord, by your brother, fire, through which you have brightened the night: and it is good and playful, stout and strong;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per sora nostra matre terra, la quale ne sustenta et governa,et produce diversi fructi con coloriti flori et herba.
(You have been praised, my Lord, by your sister, our mother earth, which sustains and governs us and produces the different fruits with colored flowers and leaves;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per quelli ke perdonano per lo tuo amore et sostengo infirmitate et tribulatione.
(You have praised, my Lord, by those things that have perished through your love and endured infirmity and hardship;)

Beati quelli ke 'l sosterrano in pace, ka da te, Altissimo, sirano incoronati.
(The beautiful things that have established themselves in peace, thanks to you, Highest One, have been celebrated;)

Laudato si', mi' Signore, per sora nostra morte corporale,da la quale nullu homo vivente pò skappare:
(You have been praised, my Lord, by our sister, the mortal body, from which no living man can escape:)

guai a·cquelli ke morrano ne le peccata mortali;
(Woe for those men who die with mortal sin;)

beati quelli ke trovarà ne le tue sanctissime voluntati, ka la morte secunda no 'l farrà male.
(Blessed are those whom you find most desirous of your most sacred rites, and their future death will not be wicked;)

Laudate et benedicte mi' Signore et rengratiate e serviateli cum grande humilitate.
(Praise and bless by Lord, and thank and serve him with great humility.)
